•         Traditional illustration skills in multiple mediums
•         A great eye for detail and a firm grasp of colour theory and composition

RESPONSIBILITY
•         Report to General Manager of Studio, assisting with Human Resource responsibilities
•         Lead and develop a team of 12-20 artists

•         Maintain schedules and ensure quality standards are met on all produced art
•         Translate instructions from English to Mandarin for Production team
•         Ensure training standards are met with all employees
•         Deal with outstanding employee issues as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
 
•         Previous experience managing teams of 10 or more members
REQUIRED SKILLS
•         Leadership and problem-solving skills
•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
•         Highly organized and self-motivated
•         Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•         Familiarity with 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop; Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

BONUS SKILLS
•         3+ years experience in Art Work Production for video game assets
•         Strong art skill and background

•         Work from 2D drawings or photos to create high-quality character, world and / or object models.  Models must be efficient, to correct scale, and within dictated polygon budgets
QUALIFICATIONS
 
•         Proficiency with 3D modeling software such as 3D Studio Max or Maya
•         Demonstrate a good understanding of light, form, mass and scale as it pertains to art production
REQUIRED SKILLS
•         Self-motivated and organized

RESPONSIBILITY

•         Using in-house animatics, work with rigged 3D character models to create high-quality Non-Interactive-Sequence (NIS) animations
QUALIFICATIONS
•         Proficiency with 3D modeling software such as 3D Studio Max
REQUIRED SKILLS
•         Self-motivated and organized
•         A good understanding of animation, rigging, weighting, cameras and editing
•         A great eye for detail and adequate  understanding of organic movement
•         Ability to adhere to established creative direction and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•         Work well within a team environment
